Sorry I haven't been around much. A lot going on around here with the funeral and planning a wedding.
I stopped going to WW cus if you miss so many meetings you basically start over..and I've been doing fine on my own. My scale says I am still in the 157 range..so I'm on a plateau..though it is self induced as I am just maintaining right now. I feel good and people say I look good so I am happy with that. I do want to try and lose a few more lbs though. Hopefully in a couple weeks when all the hoopla is over :)

Week Eight
I am kinda bummed out. I had my first gain :( albeit a small one. I gained .4 of a lb. I wanted to reach my %10 this week. Oh well..something to aim for next time.
There is no meeting next week because of Canada, so that should be a challenge to go two weeks with no weigh in.

Week Seven
Well what do you know! I lost another 1.6 lbs this week :) For a grand total 16.4 lbs lost. I am only .6 away from my %10 and 7.2 away from my goal of 150. Although I may change my goal if I want to go lower!!
I got my 15 lbs star tonight :) We had a great meeting, very inspiring. If you stay on the plan you WILL lose the weight. I am living proof of that. I have been on WW twice and both times I was very dedicated to the plan and losing the weight and it worked for me. It was fairly effortless. I mean it takes a lot of willpower at first but soon it becomes habit. I got into trouble when I stopped following the plan. I really think the journaling and the weighing in each week is what keeps me on plan...well that and being a perfectionist LOL. When I decide to do something.. I DO IT %100! otherwise..why do it?
One thing that kinda bugs me is this whole BMI crap. They say that 25 is the start of obesity..well I am still 25.4! I am no where near obese! I am not skinny..but I am probably about average right now. Crazy!

Week Six
Well I was very happily surprised this week. I knew I had lost but wasn't sure how much. I lost 3.4 lbs which puts in me the 150's again..woohoooooooo!

Week Five
I wasn't sure if I was going to lose this week. I was on plan but still not sure as my home scale is messed up. I was happy with the small loss I had. I am about half way to goal now :)

Week Three
I was thinking I wouldn't lose this week. I didn't have an explanation for why, I just felt I wouldn't. I was really busy all week and stayed on plan..and of course I was wrong LOL. I lost 1.6 lbs this week which puts me at a total weight loss of 10.6 lbs :) Which makes me very happy! Only 7 lbs to my %10 goal and 13 lbs to my first goal to reach 150 lbs!

Week Two
I had a pretty good week and then halfway through it.. my monthly came so I wasn't too sure I would show a loss this week BUT I DID ! 1.8 lbs lost this week for a total two week loss of 9 lbs. I hope to have just as good a week next week!!

Week One
I've decided not to post my meal plans because I don't always have time to post them. I will be journaling as time permits :)
I had my first weigh in this evening. I have lost 7.2 lbs which is awesome for the first week. I am only 10 lbs from my %10.
After the meeting I came home and had bbq porkchops and potato salad. It filled me up so much that I couldn't eat anything else all night LOL

Welcome
Welcome to my weightloss journal. In the last few years I lost quite a substantial amount of weight. In the last year I seemed to have gained back 20 lbs. I have joined Weight Watchers and plan to lose those pesky lbs. Join me on my journey :)

Tonight I joined my local Weight Watchers. I need to get back on track. I didn't stay for the meeting but I plan to in the future.
