Week One

I've decided not to post my meal plans because I don't always have time to post them. I will be journaling as time permits :)
I had my first weigh in this evening. I have lost 7.2 lbs which is awesome for the first week. I am only 10 lbs from my %10.
After the meeting I came home and had bbq porkchops and potato salad. It filled me up so much that I couldn't eat anything else all night LOL

I am feeling: excited!
